When stressed I ask myself what expectations do I have right now


When stressed I ask myself what expectations do I have right now.

I always have an expectation when angry or stressed.

When I am angry it is *always* an expectation not being met.


The solution is:

  • There is a God and I am not it
  • Therefore, since I am not God, I must let go of all expectations


This also works in moments of Anxiety (a fancy name for Fear).

I stop and meditate and/or pray.

The solution is for me to change my feelings about what is happening.

"Acceptance" is the solution.
